PJ Haggerty transferring: 5 landing spots for elite scorer
Texas A&M
Another in-state school that was in on Haggerty during his high school years, the Aggies could be interested in adding a scoring guard. Second-leading scorer Tyrece Radford has exhausted his eligibility and leading scorer Wade Taylor IV could opt to test the NBA, leaving Texas A&M without much offensive firepower in the backcourt. Given their familiarity with Haggerty and his ability to score, the Aggies should at least take a look at the guard even if Taylor stays.
Haggerty would once again have the opportunity to join a home-state school that made an NCAA Tournament appearance. He would also be familiar with the staff thanks to its previous recruitment of him. With a spot open and a strong core potentially coming back, Haggerty may be swayed to join the Texas A&M squad.
In true PJ Haggerty fashion, he ties Shea Seals school freshman scoring record on an and-1.
Here is the layup that put the breakout star alone at the top.
