Marcus Hill enters transfer portal: 5 possible landing spots
Xavier Musketeers
Bowling Green is a long way from Cincinnati, but it’s possible Hill could stay in the state of Ohio next season with a program like Xavier. The Musketeers faltered in Sean Miller’s second season back in Cincinnati, going just 16-18 in a tough Big East. Xavier’s offense wasn’t necessarily the biggest issue as the team averaged nearly 76 points per contest, but it wouldn’t hurt to have another go-to scorer. That’s particularly true as the Musketeers’ leading scorer from this season, guard Quincy Olivari, will graduate this offseason. Miller has a nice young core in place in the backcourt between players like Desmond Claude, Trey Green and Dailyn Swain, but adding another scoring punch like Hill to that mix could help Xavier make a move closer toward the top of the Big East next season.
