Frankie Collins transferring: 5 possible landing spots
USC Trojans
USC will compete in a new conference with a new head coach next season, but the program is quite familiar with Collins from his time in the Pac-12. Similar to the Sun Devils, the Trojans had a disappointing 2023-24 season despite talent up and down their roster. Some of that talent will be moving on as guard Boogie Ellis is out of eligibility and touted freshman Isaiah Collier will likely head to the NBA. Kobe Johnson and Oziyah Sellers have also entered the transfer portal, so backcourt depth has become a need for the Trojans. Getting a shutdown defender who is also productive offensively like Collins would be a good start to USC鈥檚 rebuild as it looks to make its way back to the NCAA Tournament. Playing in Los Angeles would also mean a return close to home for Collins as he grew up in Sacramento before moving to Las Vegas.
