BJ Freeman enters transfer portal: 5 possible landing spots

Missouri did not win a game after the calendar turned to 2024, taking a significant step back in Dennis Gates鈥� second season. Quite a bit of movement on the roster is likely and the Tigers figure to add as much offensive firepower as they can through the transfer portal. The backcourt could be one of the biggest areas Gates will need to address with the expected departures of seniors Sean East II, Nick Honor and Caleb Grill. The loss of those players leaves behind a large scoring void from this season, something Freeman could certainly help fill. The Tigers might not immediately return to prominence in the SEC, but for Freeman, joining Mizzou could be one of his best opportunities to showcase his talent in a high-major conference and perhaps boost his NBA draft stock.
