Tony Perkins enters transfer portal: 5 landing spots for PG
Indiana
Another home state school, the Hoosiers could be interested in adding the point guard. With leading scorer Kel鈥檈l Ware entering the NBA draft, Indiana will need some more offensive production. The Hoosiers already have some established frontcourt weapons in Malik Reneau and Mackenzie Mgbako if both elect to return, but could use help in the backcourt with guard Xavier Johnson graduating.
While Indiana had a bad season this past year, Perkins could give the team an offensive weapon with plenty of Big Ten experience for the young roster. This also would give Perkins the opportunity to play for the storied program and get to represent his state, an opportunity he was denied as a high school player. The Hoosiers have already been in contact with Perkins so there would likely be interest from both sides.
