Sean Pedulla transferring: 5 landing spots for point guard
Old Dominion
If Pedulla wants to stay in the state he鈥檚 called home over the past three years, the Monarchs could be a solid fit. Old Dominion recently hired head coach Mike Jones, who spent two years as an assistant coach for the Hokies including during Pedulla鈥檚 recruitment and freshman season. If the two have a good relationship, perhaps Jones can bring the guard to his new program.
However, if Pedulla wants to use his final year of eligibility to boost his draft stock, dropping down to the mid-major Sun Belt Conference may not be his ideal move. Additionally, with a new coaching staff, the Monarchs may be in more of a rebuilding mode than other programs and Pedulla may be more interested in team success for his final season. While there is a coaching staff connection, would it be enough to woo the point guard?
