Mark Byington, who served as the Dukes鈥� head coach this past season, was recently named the head coach at Vanderbilt. He may be interested in adding his best player to his new program as well.
Edwards likely loves the idea of rejoining his head coach on his new team. It would also provide him the opportunity to play at a high-major level to prove to scouts that he can play against anybody, even in the NBA. Edwards joining the Commodores could be the best move for all parties involved.
