Top 10 Ohio high school baseball players in Class of 2024
6. Ryder Kirtley, SS, Troy
Kirtley doesn’t have an extensive history playing in prospect tournaments like some of the other players on this list, but he’s nevertheless one of the best infield prospects in the state. He runs the 60-yard dash in 6.73 seconds and can throw from shortstop to first at nearly 90 mph. In 2023 with the Trojans, Kirtley batted .357 with two home runs, 20 RBIs and 21 stolen bases. He’ll be joining Carson Rhodes at Virginia Tech after graduation.
