8. Gavin Kelly, C, Pittsburgh Central Catholic
Another top catcher, Kelly excelled for the Vikings last year. During the campaign, the 6-foot, 170-pound Kelly hit .534 with a .594 on-base percentage, .862 slugging percentage and 1.456 OPS to go along with 31 hits, 19 runs scored, 11 RBIs, 10 doubles, three triples and a home run. He was named first-team and the Pittsburgh Class 6A Player of the Year for his efforts.
Kelly is ranked among the top recruits in the state, earning the No. 11 ranking from PBR and the seventh ranking from Perfect Game. He signed with the West Virginia Mountaineers on
