6. Dominic Moats, OF, Pro 5 Academy
Moats is a Phoenix, Maryland, native, but he will be playing out his senior season at the Pro 5 Academy. He is a toolsy outfielder who brings a lot to the table. Moats is an advanced hitter for his age and he should still manage to stand out even in a loaded lineup this season. He will eventually return to the Old Line State, as he is committed to play at the University of Maryland.
