9. Cobb Hightower, SS, East Rowan
Hightower is a North Carolina commit, but he has one more season remaining at the high school level before he is off to Chapel Hill. Hightower had high expectations after hitting .429 as a sophomore and he was able to live up to them, if not surpass them. He raised his batting average to .515 in his junior campaign with a .564 OBP. Expect him to be among the state鈥檚 leaders in those categories once again in 2024.
