Hargett is the consensus top prep player in North Carolina and for good reason. The Warriors鈥� leader is one of the best athletes in the 2024 MLB Draft class. He will play shortstop at Metrolina Christian as a senior, but his speed will bring versatility to his game as he progresses throughout his career. There is no reason why Hargett cannot be an elite glove up the middle at any level. Expect him to be selected within the first few rounds of the draft.聽
