ROSEMOUNT, Minn. — A Q&A with Brett Sadek who is the head coach of the Dakota United adapted floor hockey club.
How long have you been coaching?
Brett Sadek: 32 years.

What is your background in this sport?
Sadek: I played hockey when I grew up.
What is the biggest life lesson you鈥檝e learned from being a coach?
Sadek: Work together and communicate!

What are one or two things that the team does in training that are keys to their success?
Sadek: Work hard, work together.
How do you encourage the team after a disappointing loss?
Sadek: Erase and move on!

Describe your proudest coaching moment.
Sadek: We have won 9 state championships. All are special!
What legacy do you hope to leave as a coach?
Sadek: Duration, longevity and hope that the kids had a great time!!!
