There have been plenty of jokes surrounding the Hawkeyes鈥� offense, but the program has turned the page by letting go of offensive coordinator Brian Ferentz. Regardless of who comes in to replace him, Iowa desperately needs an infusion of talent on that side of the ball. There is no better way to start than by adding a former top recruit at the quarterback position. Cade McNamara will return to the Hawkeyes after suffering a season-ending injury in 2023, but he should not be the team鈥檚 guaranteed starter. Mack would arguably be the most talented player on the roster.聽
