Keswick area鈥檚 Shep Turner impresses in third foxhunting season
KESWICK, Va. — 10-year-old Shep Turner had a very different Elf on the Shelf experience this holiday season.
Instead of a popular and mischievous stuffed doll, Elf on the Shelf is the name of the pony Shep rides when foxhunting at Keswick Hunt Club.
Shep’s mother, Sara Turner, shared some photos and a video from the 2023 Christmas Junior Day Hunt where he closely followed the lead of Keswick’s professional huntsman, Paul Wilson.
Shep is a current 5th-grade student at Saint Mary’s Catholic School in Henrico County.
