10. Emory Jones
The No. 85 overall prospect and No. 5 dual-threat quarterback in the Class of 2018, Jones committed to the Florida Gators out of high school. After serving as a backup his first three years, Jones started 12 of 13 games for the Gators in 2021, throwing for 2,734 yards, 19 touchdowns and 13 interceptions with 759 rushing yards and four more scores.
Jones elected to enter the transfer portal and committed to Arizona State for the 2022 season. However, things didn鈥檛 go well as he threw for just 1,533 yards, seven touchdowns and four interceptions in seven starts. Jones decided to enter the transfer portal once again, transferring to Cincinnati for the 2023 season where he threw for 2,219 yards, 18 touchdowns and 10 interceptions while rushing for 560 yards and four scores this past fall.
