This one might be a bit far-fetched, but it could make sense as the 鈥渃lose-to-home鈥� choice. Purdy鈥檚 home state is Arizona, but both the Wildcats and Sun Devils seem to already have long-term plans at QB. Cameron Rising will return to the Utes in 2024, but what will they do the following year? Isaiah Wilson, the younger brother of Zach, joins the program next season with plenty of hype. Perhaps Purdy could compete with him for the starting job in 2025 while serving as a veteran backup next year.
