Brock Purdy became a Cyclones legend long before he became a star in the NFL. Purdy holds the career school records in passing yards and passing touchdowns. If Iowa State were to add his little brother to the roster, it would be a big win with the fanbase. It also makes sense from a roster construction standpoint. The Cyclones have two interesting young signal callers in Rocco Becht and JJ Kohl, but the younger Purdy could take over if they are not yet ready. At the very least, having an experienced player in the room to compete is always a good thing.
