10. Mason Shrout, F, Preble Shawnee
Through just three seasons, Shrout has already become the all-time leading scorer at Preble Shawnee and is poised for another big year in 2023-24. The talented 6-foot-5 guard can score the ball from anywhere on the court and shot 50.1% from the field overall last season as well as 39.4% from 3-point range. Shrout earned first-team all-state honors as a junior, averaging 23.1 points, 9.2 rebounds and 3.6 assists while helping the Arrows to 23 wins 鈥� the most in a single season in program history. Shrout should help Preble Shawnee to plenty of success again this winter before he begins his college basketball career with Purdue Fort Wayne.
