Blake Shapen enters transfer portal; 5 possible landing spots

Sam Hartman performed well for the Fighting Irish this season, but now it’s time for Notre Dame to once again be aggressive in the transfer portal. Steve Angeli served as the backup in 2023, and it does have a coveted recruit in CJ Carr entering the mix next season, but it needs another body in the room. Shapen might not be as highly regarded as Hartman was when he transferred, but he would still be a really nice option for Notre Dame.
