Top 10 Washington boys basketball players in Class of 2024
3. Trevor Hennig, G, Mount Si
Hennig is not only one of the most talented players in the Evergreen State, but he also has persevered through adversity during his high school career. After becoming Mount Si’s leading scorer during his sophomore season, Hennig missed the Wildcats’ run to the WIAA Class 4A state championship game due to a fractured back. He faced nine months of rehab due to the injury but returned to the floor last season to average 19 points, 3.8 rebounds, 3.6 assists and 1.2 steals as he helped Mount Si to a 25-4 record. The 6-foot-4 guard is a sharpshooter from all areas of the floor and has shot 44% from 3-point range during his high school career. A strong senior season awaits the Wildcats’ star before he begins his college basketball career at Weber State.
