Mullen was tasked with turning the Bulldogs into perennial division title contenders during his previous nine-year stint with the school that concluded in 2017. After resurrecting a program that had long searched for consistent results amongst the SEC, Mullen would follow up his time in Starkville by heading to Florida, where he finished with a 34-18 record. With Mullen potentially looking for a chance to return back to the sidelines, the former coach could be just what the program is looking for heading forward.
