A dynamic player in the backcourt, Harris was one of the top players in all of Texas as a junior. During the year, Harris averaged 18.4 points for a 26-13 Tigers team that went a perfect 12-0 in district play, earning himself a share of and a spot on the Class 4A all-state team.
