10. William Jobe, F, Frederica Academy
Jobe announced his commitment on Sept. 21 to Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida. The Tars are getting a 6-foot-10 forward who can stretch the floor with his shooting, but his ability to handle the basketball is a bit underrated. He has all of the tools to succeed at the college level.
