3. Drake Maye, North Carolina
The Tar Heels鈥� star entered the year as the consensus second-best quarterback and while Maye has found some early struggles, his play seems primed for a bounce back at any moment. Dealing with some unfamiliar performances early on, Maye has still shown some of the gifted traits that have made him a top name this year. While interceptions have somewhat plagued his play early on, the North Carolina quarterback is still completing passes at an extremely high rate and could end up finding his groove as things continue to roll on in Chapel Hill, N.C.
