Ewers’ start to the 2023 season might be one of the least talked about national storylines so far. While many had been actively waiting for freshman Arch Manning to get his start at Texas before the year, Ewers has quickly made many forget about the Class of 2023鈥檚 top recruit. With their win over Alabama, Ewers and the Longhorns have continued to roll early on, as the former transfer quarterback has elevated his play from a year ago with over 1,000 passing yards and a perfect, 9-0, touchdown-to-interception ratio. If Ewers can continue to knock down some of college football鈥檚 top teams, he鈥檒l get his moment sooner rather than later.
