Yorba Linda HS names Athletes of the Year: Wyatt Mosier and Gianna Gigliotti

Male Athlete of the Year: Wyatt Mosier – Football
Wyatt has been an outstanding linebacker and captain for the YLHS football team, leading them to the CIF Championship. This D3 champion is committed to play for UCLA football.
Congratulations to the other nominees: JJ Conrad (football, baseball), Jayden Flaig ( football, baseball), Jason Casacchia ( basketball), Will Cox (wrestling), and Tyler Yang (tennis).
Female Athlete of the Year: Gianna Gigliotti – Soccer/Track
This dual athlete excelled at both soccer and track. Gianna was captain of the women’s varsity soccer team. She was named Sprinter of the Year in track and signed with Air Force Academy.
Congratulations to the other nominees: Sydney Rome (cross country, track), Claire Johnson (lacrosse), Lois Hansen (volleyball), Anna Petrescu (tennis), and Natalie Neal (golf).
