7. Sharlandiin Strange, Jr., Cheltenham
A four-star recruit who is in the Class of 2025, Strange has proved immense upside already at Cheltenham High School, and should continue doing so throughout the 2023 season. The 6-foot-4, 230-pound edge rusher was tremendous all over the field for the Panthers last season, making 74 total tackles, 17 tackles for loss, two sacks, two fumble recoveries and an interception as Cheltenham went 6-4 on the year. That record could certainly improve if Strange takes another leap forward in his junior season. Currently, the talented edge rusher remains uncommitted, but holds offers from the likes of Notre Dame, Penn State and USC.
