Top 10 Pennsylvania WRs/TEs for 2023 HS football season
1. Rico Scott, Sr., Bishop McDevitt
Bishop McDevitt is coming off of a state championship season in 2022, and a big reason why is several talented offensive playmakers, led by Scott. Last season, the 6-foot-1, 190-pound wideout proved he was not only one of the best receivers in the Keystone State, but also one of the top in the entire country as he racked up 66 catches for 1,184 yards and 18 touchdowns. Scott also averaged nearly 18 yards per reception while catching passes from one of the state’s top quarterbacks, Stone Saunders. Scott’s speed has made him a dangerous kick returner for the Crusaders as well, and many Power 5 colleges have taken notice of his elite skillset. Following what should be another strong senior season at Bishop McDevitt, Scott will play college football in the SEC with the Alabama Crimson Tide.
Bishop McDevitt HS WR Rico Scott takes the short pass from and scored the Game-winning TD. Scott is committed to and Saunders is committed to .
