Jones, a three-star recruit, is another important piece to the Knights’ team. He earned Class AAA second-team all-conference honors as a running back with 1,119 yards and 11 touchdowns in the 2022 campaign while still being primarily recruited for his role on the defensive side. Jones has proven to have exceptional speed for a 6-1, 205-pound linebacker, running an 11.89 100-meter dash and participating in the Knights鈥� 4×100 relay team that finished fifth in the state competition. The three-star recruit will continue his football career with West Virginia.
