10. Jelani Watkins, Sr., Atascocita
After spending his junior season at Klein Forest, Watkins helped the Eagles to a near playoff appearance behind 37 catches for 612 yards and six touchdowns. The senior speedster will look to bring over his production to a new environment during 2023, as he aims to cap off his final high school season on a high note. The 5-foot-9 wide receiver announced his commitment to play at LSU to start August and will have a chance to parlay his success during his opening year at Atascocita to the college level.
