5. Juelz Goff, Sr., Central York
The 5-foot-10, 190-pound Goff is a very talented runner who is poised to finish what has been a terrific career at Central York strong this fall. Goff first showed flashes of potential with a 500-yard season as a sophomore, but it was last fall that he had a true breakout, rushing for 1,611 yards while averaging 8.3 yards per carry. He added 335 yards receiving and scored 35 total touchdowns for a Panthers squad that went 10-2 overall as well. Goff, who is also a track athlete at Central York, has terrific speed with a 40-yard dash time of 4.53 seconds. That speed will be on full display at Central York again this fall before the talented running back stays in state to play college football at Pittsburgh.
