The top senior running back, Riley was nothing short of impressive as a junior for the Wildcats. Last year, Riley rushed for 1,306 yards and 11 touchdowns while recording 18 catches for 182 yards and three more scores for a 6-4 Tuscaloosa County team. Riley was named Class 7A for his efforts.
A consensus four-star recruit, Riley is ranked as highly as the No. 7 player in the state鈥檚 senior class by , where he is also ranked No. 69 on the . With his high status, the 5-foot-11, 200-pound running back earned 28 scholarship opportunities from a number of top programs like Alabama, Auburn, Georgia, LSU, Texas and USC but ultimately chose to commit to the Miami Hurricanes on June 19.
