Minnesota: 1934
won five national championships in a seven-season span under head coach Berne Bierman and its first came in 1934 behind a dominant rushing attack that averaged 300 rushing yards and recorded 33 points per game. The Golden Gophers also allowed just 4.7 points, 103 yards and finished 8-0.
Minnesota was the last CFB team to win back to back to back national titles.
