The Harlem junior running back landed on the all-state team in 2022 following a sophomore campaign that saw him top the NIC-10 record for yards by a sophomore with 1,586. After averaging 6.4 yards per carry with 12 touchdowns, the 5-foot-8, 155-pound junior showed why there’s reason for optimism for the Huskies who bowed out of last year’s playoffs following a loss to 6A’s powerhouse, Prairie Ridge. With a chance to lean on his experience from a season ago, Muhammad will get the chance to continue his run in the conference record books.
