Top 10 Texas RBs for 2023 high school football season
4. Kedren Young, Sr., Lufkin
The Notre Dame commit has developed into one of the nation’s most productive running backs over the past year, following a statline that consisted of 1,666 rushing yards and 19 touchdowns during his junior campaign. After a 6-4 record in 2022, Young will look to propel the Panthers into the postseason after missing out on the Class 5A bracket the past two years. With first-team all-district honors in his back pocket, the Panthers’ star should be at the head of the team’s efforts this fall as he looks to repeat his work from a season ago.
