Top 10 Pennsylvania QBs for 2023 high school football season
5. Julian Dugger, Sr., Penn Hills
Also a defensive back for a talented Penn Hills squad, the 6-foot-4, 200-pound Dugger has proved to be one of the best quarterbacks in the state of Pennsylvania, and already has produced over 3,300 yards passing and over 1,100 yards rushing in his high school career. A four-year starter for the Indians who has earned all-conference honors in back-to-back seasons, the three-star recruit threw for 1,137 yards and ran for 476 yards as a junior while scoring 20 total touchdowns. A key member of the Indians’ basketball team as well, Dugger will look to finish his high school football career strong this fall before heading off to Pitt after he committed to the Panthers in July.
I haven’t met a player who has worked harder than
He’s an elite QUARTERBACK! Not just an athlete. His feet, rhythm, accuracy, consistency, arm strength, are better than most FBS QBs right now as a senior in HS. He’s got the size, grades, & mentality to be the best— Mike McMahon (@michaelemcmahon)
