7. Matt Machalik, Sr., Palmerton
Machalik is a back-to-back first-team all-state quarterback who has helped Palmerton to a couple of successful seasons in recent years. Machalik has already amassed over 7,700 total yards in his career with the Blue Bombers, and his 3,206 career rushing yards are already a program record.聽Last season, the 6-foot-1, 200-pound dual-threat quarterback threw for 2,554 yards and 31 touchdowns while rushing for 1,216 yards and 22 scores. His strong arm, speed and toughness will be on full display once again at Palmerton this season. From there, Machalik will begin his college football career at Lehigh in 2024.
