CHCA senior Weston Roberts to play college basketball at Mount St. Joseph
CINCINNATI — Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy 2023 graduate Weston Roberts signed a letter of intent to commit to playing basketball at Mount St. Joseph University.
Roberts, a Loveland resident, intends to join Mount St. Joseph as an incoming freshman this fall. During his years at CHCA, Roberts was named first-team All-Miami Valley Conference, MVC Player of the Year, first-tam and second-team All-District, Special Mention All-State, and played on an MVC champion team.
“Wes has been the face of our program for two years,鈥� CHCA coach Scott Rooks said. 鈥淗e is exactly what every parent and coach hope their kids grow up to be. Wes is an excellent student, tremendous leader, great teammate, and extremely coachable. His success is not an accident. He has dedicated countless hours in the gym and in the weight room. Wes is one of the best players that I have ever coached, but more importantly, one of the best young men that I have had the privilege to build a relationship with.”
