Top 10 Texas QBs for 2023 high school football season
9. Adam Schobel, Jr., Columbus
One of the standout underclassmen from a season ago, Schobel reached impressive marks in his 2022 season at Columbus, racking up more than 2,800 yards passing and聽 36 touchdowns. The Cardinals‘ 12-2 campaign almost ended with a UIL 3A title after the team lost to the eventual state champions by three points in the quarterfinals. That loss will be fresh on the mind of the Baylor commit who will aim to use 2023 as his chance to take the program a few games further into this year鈥檚 playoffs.
2025 Columbus QB Adam Schobel (6'4 180) continued his dominant SOPH season completing 10-14 passes for 253 yds & 2 TDs in the Cardinals' win over Altair Rice.
Schobel has completed 43-53 (81%) for 870 yds & 11 TDs (0 INT) thru 3 games馃憖
