8. Cincere Rhaney, Sr., Junipero Serra
Rhaney could easily be higher on this list after the last two seasons he put together for the Cavaliers. As a sophomore, Rhaney rushed for 1,054 yards and 12 touchdowns before taking his game to another level in 2022. The finished his junior campaign with 1,666 rushing yards and 15 touchdowns. Offers from Arizona, Arizona State, Georgia, Utah, Washington and others have come Rhaney鈥檚 way as a result, but the three-star recruit remains uncommitted.
