CJ Carr has been one of the biggest stars throughout Michigan high school football over the past several years, and that will only continue as the 2023 season begins. As just a sophomore at Saline High School, the 6-foot-3, 195-pound signal caller had a breakout season with 2,696 yards and 28 touchdowns. He put up nearly identical numbers as a junior, throwing for 2,685 yards, 26 touchdowns and five interceptions while completing 68.1% of his throws. Carr also added 227 yards rushing and seven scores on the ground for the Hornets. An accurate passer with a strong arm, Carr is one of the best quarterbacks in the 2024 class, and a . Following his time at Saline, the grandson of former Michigan head coach Lloyd Carr will play college football at Notre Dame.
