7. Caden Casimino, Sr., Crystal Lake South
Starting in his first varsity campaign for the Gators after transferring from Crystal Lake Central, Casimino proved that he was more than just one of the area’s top quarterbacks after passing for 2,687 yards and 20 touchdowns with just six interceptions. Casimino鈥檚 dual-threat ability came to the forefront during the Gators鈥� 2022 campaign as he added on an extra 500 yards and four scores with his legs. After finishing with a 5-5 record, Casimino and Crystal Lake South are primed for a chance at the playoffs in 2023 as they look to improve on the past year.聽
