4. Jamarian Ficklin, Jr., Muskogee
Ficklin burst onto the scene as a freshman after he recorded 2,354 passing yards and 20 TDs, . He followed that up with another impressive season as a sophomore, accumulating 2,803 passing yards, 38 TDs, and a 124.4 QB rating and helped the Roughers to a 10-2 record. He also holds offers from Grambling State, Tulsa, and UNLV, but now he will look to continue to improve and receive Power 5 football offers.
