6. Scotty Fox, Jr., Mentor
Fox is one of several young quarterbacks on this list who just seem to get better every time they suit up. The 6-foot-2, 210-pound junior saw the field as a varsity starter in multiple games as just a freshman at Mentor, passing for nearly 600 yards in 2021. In 2022, Fox took a big step forward, throwing for over 3,000 yards and 30 touchdowns in addition to three rushing scores. After leading the Cardinals to a strong 9-4 record last fall, Fox will look to continue his emergence over the next couple of years before likely playing Division I college football as he currently holds offers from the likes of Indiana, Kentucky, Minnesota and West Virginia, among others.
