2. Dwight Phillips Jr., Sr., Pebblebrook
Phillips Jr. was only able to play one game in his junior season and the Pebblebrook football team felt his absence. After a 9-2-1 season in 2021, the Falcons went just 4-7 without their star running back in 2022. A four-star recruit, Phillips Jr. averaged 11.5 yards per carry in his sophomore campaign, one of the best marks in the state. Off the field, Phillips Jr. won the Georiga 7A 100-meter dash title as a sophomore, posting a time of 10.43 seconds. The speedster committed to the Georgia Bulldogs in January of 2023.
