6. Ju鈥橨uan Johnson, CB, Lafayette Christian Academy
Another two-way star who played both quarterback and defensive back, Johnson was the most important player for his Knights unit. As a junior, Johnson threw for 4,010 yards and 43 touchdowns while rushing for 1,284 yards and 17 more scores while also lining up in the defensive backfield. His play helped Lafayette Christian to a 10-4 record and a spot in the Division II-Select state title game. He was named all-state for his efforts as well.
The 6-foot, 185-pound athlete is projected to move into the defensive backfield at the next level and is ranked as a consensus four-star prospect, earning as high as the No. 6 spot from both 247Sports and Rivals. Johnson earned 18 scholarship offers from schools such as Alabama, Florida, Florida State and Georgia and was originally committed to Colorado. However, in May, Johnson switched his commitment from Colorado to his home-state 罢颈驳别谤蝉.听
