8. Luke Newell, TE, Thurston High School
Newell was second in receiving yards (417) and receiving touchdowns (7) for Thurston High School last year as a junior. The 6-foot-2, 205-pound tight end was one of the main offensive options for the Colts and helped them make it to the state semifinals. Thurston lost to the eventual state champions, Summit, but with Newell returning, it still has a good chance to make another deep run in the playoffs.聽
