Ruffin took over as the starting quarterback for Camden last year as a sophomore. He then led the Panthers to the state semifinals while throwing for 2,026 yards,19 touchdowns and rushing for another nine touchdowns. The recruit is now at Winslow Township High School and has multiple Division I offers from Power 5 programs.聽
