2. Vaboue Toure, S, Irvington High School
Ahead of his senior season, Toure announced he would be committing to Penn State and would be a Nittany Lion following his senior year. Now, he can be solely focused on leading Irvington back to the playoffs. The safety had 89 tackles, one forced fumble, two fumbles recovered and four interceptions. Toure is considered the best safety in the state and will be a thorn in the side of opposing offenses all season.
